The purpose of this Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) is to inform users of the Brazilian Airspace Control System (SISCEAB) of the civil aviation mitigation measures recommended by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in response to the ongoing outbreak of Ebola virus disease caused by the Bundibugyo virus (BVD), affecting the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Uganda.
